Had to braai outside instead of balcony. Was a bit of a hassle.

Well appointed. Good views. Close to the beach. Well stocked.Peaceful. Lovely pool. Gardens stunning.
No TV signal. Stairs are a bit of a problem for elderly people.

The location was excellent, close to the beach and all required amenities. Van Heerden rental staff were very accomodating. The unit was well equipped for a home away from home stay.
The gas burner needed to be manually started, we were not made aware until a maintainance agent needed to be requested and eventually assisted. There was also the stench of a dog or animal however the rental agency did confirm that no pets are allowed.
