Suggestion : would be nice to have a free wifi for children , this days it's pretty much standard.
Would be great to have a braai facility on the balcony ! Please consider.
Exposure of a brooms on the balcony right on the side- table is really unnesasary .

Perfect place for nice gateway.
Maybe can offer satchet of coffee,teas and sugar for first day,like most airbnb. Perhaps a bit of upgrade on the aesthetic of the rooms,consider to hire interior designer to help with few decor changes. This will help you attract more international and local professionals guest,who love tourism but prefer airbnb with modern design decor.

The unit was sea facing in a secure complex. The beach was a walking distance from a gate along the boundary fence.
The place has an unpleasant stuffy odor. There were no instructions on how to switch on the geyser and stove. Fire braais are not allowed nor is there a gas braai available to use. There is a R1500 deposit that needs to be paid which wasn't disclosed at the time of booking and I only got the refund about 8 working days later.
