The place was beautiful and clean , very lovely place for holiday, problem was we had no electricity for 4 hours , it was cold and raining , was not safe to drive out as the roads were not safe to go get food. So I decided to call the emergency number provided on the 3rd hour of no electricity for an update as I had kids with me and they were getting scared and were hungry as it was getting dark , the lady that answered was absolutely rude and unhelpful, her customer service was not pleasant, which really upset me , back lights were available but not fully charged. No refuse bags available, if we were told I would have bought my own but it was too late as we were about to check out and I always clean up before I leave

This apartment is on the top floor with no lift or elevator. If you struggle with stairs for whatever reason, then you are going to have a problem. I do not recall whether mention was made in the advert that this is a top floor unit. If it isn't, then it should be highlighted, and the fact that access is only via the stairs. There is no dishwasher. No dish cloths, toilet paper, dust bins bags or dishwasher soap was provided. There were no towels, but when we asked, they were provided. It should be mentioned that for us, two hand towels and 2 bath towels are insufficient for a seven day stay. This goes for the toilet paper as well. A single roll of toilet paper for a seven day stay in the bathrooms is also insufficient. All the ceiling fans either do not work or barely move, so they are useless. There is no ceiling fan in the main bedroom. Fortunately, we found the little floor fan that we used. For us, the main bedroom should have a queen size bed at the minimum and a good mattress. This one was a standard double and very uncomfortable. The bathroom door handle and curtain rail in the main bedroom are broken, and they need to be repaired. Overall, this flat is clean and decently laid out, but for the price we paid, we felt there were shortfalls, and we definitely expected more for our 'buck' as it were.
