The views... The cleanliness... The space... The sufficient cutlery and crockery provided. The safety. The female host we handed the keys over to, she was sweet.
Swimming Beach Access Proximity. A bigger pool. The fact that I saw a checklist lying on the table only the next day and no one double checked contents if it was all intact, if it wasn't I would've been liable for it. Bed Linen was only brought in at 5pm. Checkout time was way tooo early, not enough time for kids to freshen up and pack. Check in at 3,check out at 9, a whole 6 hours paid for but denied.

That it's close to the ocean and the view
Bath towels are limited, how can you use one towel for a stay of 2 nights, no bathroom mat on the floor, the water in shower licks and you must use a small to block out but no one changes those towels.
