views, balcony, kitchen, bedrooms, secure parking, apartment was spotless, clean and comfortable beds

fire place stunk all the time due to burned oil up the chimeny lifts need replacing, doors kept jamming / close half way then open, frying pans were completly damaged needed to ask for new one, fire place tray had not been cleaned, the entrance into the lobby is dark and dingy its needs brightening up, the frontal view of the building from the beach needs painting, check in was a mess, keys were not available, could not contact the numbers given, waited for over half an hour to get keys and gate code.

Excellent view.

There was alot of cockroaches in the kitchen. Please fumigate.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THERE WERE COAKROACHES IN THE KITCHEN AND ROOM. THE POTS WERE VERY SMALL TO ACCOMODATE , THERE WAS ONLY 1 BROOM FOR INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. THE FRIDGE WAS NOT COLD ENOUGH AND THERE WAS A STALE SMELL IN THE UNIT. THERE WAS WATER ON THE FLOOR OF THE MAIN BEDROOM TOILET THAT HAD A SLIGHT LEAK AT THE BACK OF THE PAN. I HAD TO WASH ALL THE DISHES WHEN USING BECOS OF THE COCKROACHES. PLEASE THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE CLEANLINESS INT HIS PLACE. BUT I LIKED THE SEA VIEWS AND THE AREA WAS EXCELLENT.
