Everything was absolutely perfect from the Seaview to the pool , absolutely clean , friendly staff.

I liked almost everything, after completing my booking they were the first ones to contact me with relevant information, smooth check in, clean facility, quick response on special requests.
I hated the late introduction of a refundable fee of R1000 for safeguarfing their assests after the payment has been done and when one is ready to occupy the facility. This should be highlighted when the booking is made, so that one can take into account. Very sneeky to impose a condition afterwards. Why hiding it?

The view
We were unaware of the fact that the units are not serviced when we made the booking. Not only is it not serviced, they don't even provide dish washing liquid.
The spare bedrooms had 1 flimsy pillow per ped, no extra bedding provided. Guests have to pay to get clean towels, seriously?
