ABSOLUTELY BEST PLACE TO STAY

I believe this is the best place i have stayed in my life so far… Good location, about 8 minutes drive to the skiing station. 5 minutes drive to the little grocery shop. Super spacious apartment is a good fit for 6 people! There is everything one can need in the kitchen - from tableware to the pota and frying pans, from toaster to kettle. Incredibly confortable beds and soft sheets. There is not only a shower but also bath. Cozy living area with TV and table for 6 people. Spacious waredrobes. The wooden interior with a perfect view from the living room window made me want to stay here forever instead of going back home… There is also a underground garage for car parking. Only the best words about the staff - friendly, kind, helpful. Miss this place already.

Inneneinrichtung sehr schön, Personal zuvorkommend. Better bequem, schön grosses Apt., sauber.gute Garage.super Skiraum.Getränke und etwas Essen bei Lobby verfügbar.Talabfahrt über eine Skiroute nach Nesslegg möglich, Ein kurzer Marsch zum Hotel.

Schaut man die Details der Installationen an, entdeckt man leider eine ungenaue Bauweise, das Haus musste wohl schnell schnell fertig sein. In der Dusche fehlt bsp eine Seitenwand, das Holz ist dort schon modrig vom Wasser. Jeder Lichtschalter ist schräg montiert und der TV hängt schief. Küche funktionierte nicht, wurde am 2.Abend repariert.Eher stozle Preise. Leider liegt Schröcken etwas abseits, Lifte nur mit Skibus erreichbar, Haltestelle aber in nächster Nähe.

Zeer prettig verblijf in nieuw, compact en goed geoutilleerd appartement met vriendelijke receptie

Goed verzorgd, compact appartement; zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige mensen achter de receptie; luxe parkeergarage; apparatuur etc. in de keuken splinternieuw en goede kwaliteit; goede, persoonlijke, verwarmde skibox in kelder.

Communicatie vooraf was echt DRAMATISCH. Achter Booking bleek nog Belvilla te zitten (2 tussenpersonen die hier aan verdienen???). We hebben nooit gecommuniceerd met de mensen van het complex zelf. Ik kreeg tegenstrijdige en verwarrende, automatisch en dus slecht vertaalde mailtjes van zowel Booking als Belvilla; betaling mislukte een paar keer en is uiteindelijk via Belvilla gegaan en niet via Booking; meer dan 30 mailtjes heen en weer. Een aantal van mijn verzoeken was uiteindelijk niet doorgegeven aan de receptie. Schoonmaakkosten waren iets van €169,-, wat mij belachelijk hoog lijkt. Vriendelijke dame van de receptie wist me te vertellen dat dat komt omdat er in de buurt geen schoonmakers en wasserettes te vinden zouden zijn en dat ze er echt niks aan overhouden. Kan zijn, maar dan blijft dat heel veel voor 't schoonmaken van een 1-kamer-appartementje. Moet beter geregeld kunnen worden.
