The adjoining the terrace, spacious living and dining room with fireplace and large panoramic window has a L-couch and a spacious dining table. The floor is made of solid wood planks in dark cherry.

There is also an adjoining office and guest bedroom with a bed that can be pulled out to a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with high quality built-in appliances (Siemens, Porsche-Design and Fissler). A large refrigerator with separate drinks cabinet and freezer rounds off the matter. There is also an oven-microwave combi and a ceran field.

The rear-facing bedroom with double bed is equipped with allergy-friendly mattresses (cold foam) and spacious closet. Ironing board and clothes horse and iron are available.
