One of two lovingly furnished vacation apartments in a house in a prime location right on Lake Constance.
Vacation Apartment 1 at HAUS AM SEEPARK faces the morning sun and features two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. After booking, you can let us know how you’d like the beds arranged for your stay.
In the spacious living-dining area, you can start your vacation day in peace or wind down after an eventful day. When you open the doors to the French balcony, you can let the morning sun stream in. The open kitchen is perfect for preparing breakfast or light meals. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, shower, and toilet.
You can end your evening at the nearby Seepark, enjoying the sunset and panoramic views of Lake Constance, or at one of the many nearby restaurants.
The basement features a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
A bike storage room with a charging station is available for your bicycles—you can also store any strollers you’ve brought here.
The building also features a second vacation rental, FEWO 2, which faces the evening sun and is a mirror image of this vacation rental; it features a slightly larger French balcony and a dishwasher. If you’d like to spend your vacation with friends or other family members, you’re welcome to book this additional unit if it’s available.
