The newly renovated, ground-floor, 3-room non-smoking apartment offers plenty of space for families or couples traveling together. This light-filled vacation home is located right by the lake, yet away from the tourist hustle and bustle during the summer months. Just a few minutes’ walk away are Lake Constance, the historic Bodan shipyard, and the Bodan Promenade, which offers culinary and cultural highlights.
The unique master bedroom, featuring Spanish-style furniture and deep-blue blackout curtains, promises a dreamlike vacation experience. The spacious garden is accessible directly from the bedroom, and a bathroom with a tub and shower is located next to the bedroom. The second bedroom, with an en suite bathroom and walk-in shower, is furnished with two single beds that can be pushed together if needed. This bedroom offers direct access to the apartment’s courtyard.
Enjoy your vacation days relaxing on the terrace or staying active by playing with the children in the garden. From the bright and modern living room with a TV, you have a perfect view of both. A special feature of this property is the sunny courtyard with lounge chairs, where you can retreat as you wish.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The provided appliances—including a washing machine, dryer, and fridge-freezer combo—will help you organize your stay perfectly.

WE were extremely happy with the property and it's location so close to the lake.
The house itself was very comfortable for the four of us and spotlessly clean.

We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and all the space of this 2 Br artfully inspired home. It had a wonderful view of the park directly on the Bodensee, a perfect location to enjoy Kressbronn and the Bodensee. Very quiet, easy parking, pretty yard and comfy bed. We want to come back again soon!

Eine saubere großzügige Wohnung in guter Lage, ein paar Schritte vom See entfernt. Sehr ruhig, alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Gut bestückte Küche. Es hat Spaß gemacht hier zu wohnen. Nettes Team von Fee am See.
