The apartments are approximately 250 meters from Lake Constance and the main building, “Pension am Bodensee.” Built in the Tuscan style, the Park Villa is in a quiet location and surrounded by towering trees. + The five apartments range in size from 75 to 220 m² and feature one, two, or three bedrooms. All apartments feature large, partially covered balconies and terraces with stunning views of the park, as well as high-quality furnishings in a Mediterranean style. Prices: 125.00 EUR to 300.00 EUR per night during the winter off-season. Prices: 150 EUR to 420 EUR per night during the summer season. A one-time final cleaning fee of 150 EUR for La Bella, 175for La Mansarda and Il Giardino, and 250.- EUR for Il Grande and La Pergola.
