    Location next to lake brilliant. Very central too , but it is a building site at the moment so outside dusty and noisy and you can't drive easily up to the property. However we were given a key for a car park a bit further away and pour apartment (no. 8) was on the far side from the site so not serious. Didnt try the restaurant but apparently it is very good. Would definitely stay again.

    No AC in the room. The hotel is two floors ,The elevator was out of service that time. The free parking is a little bit far away from the hotel

    All senses satisfied at beach side of lake Konstanz
    Da Salvatore, a new lake-front hotel, adds some mediterranean flair to the otherwise thouroughly German family resort of Wasserburg (a Lindau-suburb). Its spic and spam rooms/appartments and restaurant terrasse offer some spectacular views on Lake Konstanz. Guests are woken by the cries of seagulls in a timely manner for breakfast, a wide variety of which is offered on the terrasse. Bavarian Weisswürste, crisp bacon, fried sausages, Alaska salmon and half a liter of Weizenbier complement the usual breads, pastries, pancakes and eggs.
    As a relativly young enterprise Da Salvatore offers all new furniture and therefor one misses the patina expected in this romantic setting a bit. The staff is very nice and helpful, but still in the process of trying to find organisational perfection. The elevator was out of order and even in working condition would only reach the first of two floors.

    Der Ausblick war fantastisch. Zusammen mit dem Duft aus der Pizzeria darunter hatten wir rundum Italienfeeling.
    Der Schnitt des Apartment ist nicht vorteilhaft. Zu viert war das wirklich an der Grenze. Die Küchenausstattung hatte ein Minimum. Richtig kochen ist da nicht möglich.
