Welcome to the Seezeichen holiday home in Wasserburg on Lake Constance. Under the roof of our energy efficiency house, which was completed in 2016, you will find 7 spacious, modern apartments with living areas between 40 and 80 square meters. These all have a balcony or terrace with lake or mountain views, bathrooms with daylight, fitted kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves, ovens and ceramic hobs. Washer and dryer are available for free use. We also offer clear, free parking spaces and a lockable bike box with charging options for e-bikes. With our own power generation and solar thermal water heating with heating support, we can operate our house in an environmentally conscious and resource-saving manner. You will find us on the outskirts of Wasserburg, just a few steps from the publicly accessible shore of Lake Constance and the outdoor pool, surrounded by fruit trees. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests soon.
Our 2 room non-smoking apartment "Säntis" is on the top floor. From the 7 sqm balcony, the top of the S��ntis can be seen in good weather. The apartment offers 56 square meters of living space with an open living-dining area with fitted kitchen, bedroom with a 200x200cm bed, bathroom with shower-tub and in the cloakroom area with bench enough storage space for backpacks, shoes and more. With 4 people, the sofa in the living area can be folded down to the 160x200cm bed with one hand. 2 TV sets, Bose sound compact system, oiled wooden parquet floors and individual furniture from a carpenter offer you a modern, comfortable atmosphere.
