About this chalet rental
The vacation home for 8 (-9) people was newly built in 2006 and is luxuriously appointed with a large living/dining room, an open-concept kitchen, a sauna, master and guest bathrooms, and a guest restroom. While cooking at the open kitchen island, you can enjoy a view across the valley to the opposite mountainside, featuring Vilan and Chesaplana. The house is modern and luxuriously furnished. The floors on the first floor, in the basement, and in the wet areas are tiled, while the first floor and all bedrooms feature hardwood flooring. The walls in the living/dining room and the bathrooms are decorated with Venetian stucco.
All bedrooms on the first floor have balconies: the master bedroom and children’s room offer valley views, while the guest room overlooks the mountain. The fourth bedroom in the basement, due to the hillside location, has two windows that let in natural light and also offers a view of the valley.
There is a sauna in the basement with its own shower and cold-water jet. Relax in the sauna with its built-in CD player for your own chill-out CDs.
The house is located in the heart of the Grüsch-Danusa ski area, just below the midway station. In winter, for skiing, there is a private parking lot at the midway station (4–5 min. by car). When the valley run is open, you can ski from the house down to the valley station and ski directly back to the house from the slope.
The house is accessible by car year-round; the paved access roads are plowed in winter.

Tolles, großzügiges Haus. Besonders haben wir den Blick von der Terrasse auf den Schesaplana genossen. Die Umgegend des Hauses ist eher auf Wintertourismus ausgerichtet. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Talseite sind jedoch tolle Wandertouren möglich (am Fuß des Schesaplana). Der Verwalter ist super-nett und kümmert sich rührend. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner, entspannender Urlaub.

Für 8 Personen ist alles ausreichend vorhanden. Da auch drei Duschen und WC vorhanden sind, gab es nie Probleme mit den Sanitäranlagen. Das Haus liegt super ruhig gelegen. Kam auch jeden Morgen und Abend ein Rehbock vorbei gelaufen. Für Einkauf oder sonstiges muss halt immer das Auto genommen werden. Der Verwalter war super freundlich und hilfreich. Immer wieder gerne.
