Big and comfortable apartment with all services, and nice view to the mountain. Receptionist extremely nice. Shuttle bus, wellness and restaurant services offered at the hotel near by.
I noticed afterwards that in my reservation the "Bed linens fee" were included and already paid. They included in the final invoice as well, so I paid twice.

Der Empfang war herzlich und wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet; es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Wunderschönes Appartement, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, unerfreuliche versteckte Kosten.
Wir haben nur Brötchen bestellt. Die Brötchen waren klein, weder außen knusprig, noch innen locker. Dafür relativ teuer.
Nicht gefallen haben mir die zusätzlichen Kosten. Nach den Angaben von Bockig com bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass der Preis für die Bettwäsche inbegriffen ist. Leider musste ich noch 240 Franken für die Bettwäsche extra bezahlen. Ansonsten hätte ich gerne die volle Punktzahl vergeben, denn alles andere war perfekt.
