wrong time of year everything closed and bad parking
Apartment was great, lovely view.
The apartments free parking is 1.9km away from apartment a long uphill walk. parking close to apartment was on a meter and even holding a disabled badge would not able us to keep the car close. so we left after the first night of a 3 night stay.

Good price for Arosa and good view, but lacks basic amenities and needs refurbishment
The view from the flat is great. The hosts were very friendly and very responsive to our requests. Also we forgot the payment before arrival and they came by the apartment the last day so that we can pay per credit card. They also were very responsive and easy-going when we asked different things such as how to do the laundry.
Payment in multiple steps (pre-payment and payment at arrival) via bank transfer is cumbersome. The apartment, although clean and well-maintained, is old and urgently needs renovation and refurbishment. Some cupboards and wine glasses smell old. The flat lacks some basic things that are cheap to buy in bulk but expensive for us to buy just to use a small amount (eg. not enough toilet paper for 3 people, no soap for the dishwasher, etc).

All in all, it was very easy and a pleasant stay in a lovely warm and homely place!

Angenehme Wohnung bis zu 4 Personen, recht zentral, Preis-Leistung ok, würde ich wieder buchen.
genügend grosse Wohnung für 4 Personen (2 Schlafzimmer), älter, auch die Einrichtung, aber gemütlich. Alles funktionierte und war sauber. Zu Fuss von der Dorfstrasse her gut erreichbar, man muss ein bisschen hochlaufen, dafür hat man Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer/der Essecke und einem Schlafzimmer auf einen Teil von Arosa und die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Einkaufen: Coop am nächsten, 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss unten an der Dorfstrasse. Wohnung lässt sich gut heizen und lüften. Übernahme und Abgabe unkompliziert, Buchungsbüro jeweils per Telefon erreichbar. Kein Parkplatz vor dem Haus, nur für Eigentümer, Zum Aus-Einladen reicht es. Ein gedeckter Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung, ist im Winter praktisch, auch wenn er weiter weg ist, Anfang Dorf. Während dem Aufenthalt braucht man das Auto dank Gratisbus eh nicht. Für Arosa noch gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Kein negative Bewertung, sondern Zusatzbemerkung: wenn man keine modere Wohnung erwartet ist alles ok. Für Gäste, die nicht so gut zu Fuss sind, eher weniger geeignet, ausser man bestellt ein Taxi.
