Great central location, with easy access and very spacious. The bathroom was especially beautiful.

​My son and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed, modern apartment. It felt incredibly comfortable and was perfectly situated in a central location, making it an excellent base for our time in Bendigo. We particularly appreciated the generous amount of space, which included a large kitchen and a spacious bathroom. After a long day, the exceptionally comfortable beds were exactly what we needed for a great night's sleep.

While the space itself was great, there were a few minor maintenance and housekeeping issues. The bathtub didn't seal properly, which meant we had to refill it twice just to use it. We also realized upon arrival that there was no toilet paper; however, the host handled this very well and promptly dropped some off for us the next morning. Finally, we noticed that half of the bedside lamps—two out of the four across the two bedrooms—were not working during our stay.

Very comfortable accommodation with everything you could need catered for. I could actually live here happily.

Location could have been explained a lot clearer. Putting 3 Bayne street into google maps does not take you to the correct location. this was on 3 different devices. If you are familiar with Bendigo you may have realized that the street extends over a wide stormwater drain but you have to drive along 3 more streets to get there. The allocated park was not explained clearly either. After parking to the left of the stairs as stated we later moved the car as we read it was the incorrect spot, and could incur a tow away fee,. Going down the stairs to move the car was done in complete darkness as there wasn't an outdoor light that we could find. And the dedicated spot blocked off the exit from a car park behind the premises.

The rooms were a bit too warm and not liking air con on made it a bit uncomfortable
