Everything that we needed was there and the location was central and walking distance to the centre of Bendigo or a walk around the lake

The house was lovely. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were excellent. The appliances worked.
A reverse cycle remote was missing in one bedroom. There was a tray in the bottom of the oven with crumbs from a previous occupant with brown sludge oozing from under it. There were existing stains on the sofa. These things made us wonder if our $500 deposit would be in jeopardy. The emailed instructions regarding your expectations of us made me feel uncomfortable. A simple please would have helped?
