Guests will also enjoy a full laundry, secure fenced front yard, and a spacious backyard—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Bendigo or spending time together.

Welcome to Kennington House. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is walking distance from Bendigo's CBD and train station.
Inside this home you'll fall in love with:
- 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 x queen and 2 x king single beds. The main bedroom with queen bed also features an ensuite with toilet and hand basin - great for added privacy and comfort. All bedrooms have split systems, keeping you comfortable year-round.
- Separate light-filled living room with flat screen TV, ample seating options and split system air-conditioning.
- Fully equipped kitchen with pod coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, kettle, toaster and more.
- Dining area located next to the kitchen. Enjoy a meal at the table or breakfast bar.
- Beautifully renovated bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
- Laundry with washing machine, dryer and everything you need to do washing away from home.

Beautifully presented home with comfy beds in a terrific location. Stayed with my two daughters and one of their partners and we had ample room for the four of us. Great base to explore the city. We appreciated the split systems in bedrooms on the frosty nights. Bedding was lovely and cosy.
