EDEN 1 is a 6-person accommodation in a luxury residence, quiet and secure.
The apartment is conveniently located near Disneyland Park, Valley Village and Val d'Europe Shopping Center.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
EDEN 1 is located on the 3rd and last floor of a new and secure residence. It is suitable for up to 6 people.
It includes:
- A spacious living room
- A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, etc.)
- Bedroom 1: double bed (2 people)
- Bedroom 2: queen size bed (2pers)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (2 people) + shower room: shower, sink and toilet
- Bathroom: bath, sink, washing machine
- Separate toilet
+ A balcony accessible from the living room and bedroom n°2

Also included, at no extra charge:
-Free Wi-Fi connection in the apartment
-Bed linen and towels included for 6 people
-Available on site for baby: cot and high chair
-2 secure and private parking spaces in the basement of the building, direct access with elevator (Attention max height 1m95!)
PLEASE NOTE:
For the first few days, we provide the first necessities (samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, hand/machine washing-up liquid, garbage bag, instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper). To renew these products, you can buy these products at the Auchan supermarket located a few meters away, in the Val d'Europe shopping center.
We do not supply coffee capsules, but you can also find them in the supermarket.
THE DISTRICT:
In an area in the heart of Serris Val d'Europe. Charming, nice and quiet area, but still close to all amenities.
Just 100 metres away, shopping enthusiasts can enjoy the Val d'Europe shopping mall and the Vallee Village Outlet.

Check in process very easy. Apartment was clean and there was plenty of crockery etc. Plenty big enough for a family of 5 (4 adults). Perfect for a trip to Disneyland and you could see some of the fireworks from the balcony! Really close to Val d’Europe for stocking up on food for the week. Would definitely stay again
