The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out or enjoy meals together at home.
Stay in the Heart of Condado
Leave the car behind and enjoy one of the villa’s best features—its location. Condado Lagoon is just half a block away, with Condado Beach, Ashford Avenue, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and nightlife all within walking distance.
La Placita, Old San Juan, Distrito T-Mobile, and the Convention Center are also just a short drive away.
Comfort & Convenience
Enjoy the convenience of gated on-site parking, fast WiFi, air conditioning throughout the home, Smart TVs, quality linens and towels, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
For added peace of mind, the villa is equipped with a full backup generator and backup water supply—an especially valuable feature when traveling in Puerto Rico.
Perfect for Groups
Whether you’re visiting Puerto Rico with extended family, several couples, or a group of friends, this villa gives you the space and privacy of a large home while keeping everyone together in one of San Juan’s most walkable neighborhoods.
We work hard to keep everything in great condition, and if anything isn’t quite right during your stay, we’ll respond quickly to fix it. In the rare event something can’t be repaired, or an issue is truly beyond our control, we’ll explore other options — but please give us the opportunity to make things right first. We strive to provide a 5-star experience for all of our guests.
Your comfort is our priority!
Please be respectful of the neighbors and refrain from causing loud noise after 10 PM, and not before 8 AM. The police can issue fines up to $1000 for excessive noise.
No unauthorized parties or unauthorized guests.
Please rinse off before entering the jacuzzi. We have put a cold shower right next to the spa. This is especially important if you have been to the beach. Sand from your swimming suits will get into the pump and can cause damage.
No more than 5 people allowed in the jacuzzi at a time!
Please re-cover the jacuzzi when not in use.
Failure to not take care of the jacuzzi will result in additional charges after checkout.

The house was as described in a very safe area. The walkability was awesome and close enough to the beach and other local areas to eat. 5 Stars and even more if I could.
