Gorgeous updated luxury golf vacation condo with 2 BR and 2.5 BA. Kitchen has been completely remodeled and opened up to make a wonderful space to create all the meals the family will need. Kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, new stainless steel appliances and new flooring too. Completely stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Dining area comfortably seats six people. Living room has comfortable couch, love seat and cozy chairs to relax in and watch your favorite movies and sports. Just off the kitchen is a half bath for downstairs use. Master bedroom is upstairs with full en suite bathroom, king size bed and smart TV. Guest room has one double and one twin bed with access to a full bath and shower. Great golf views and free beach access thru Shipyard Beach House, just a short ten to fifteen minute walk on a shaded path. Two car passes are included in the rental. Shipyard Resort has 27 holes of golf, miles of nice bike paths and free access to world famous Hilton Head Beaches. Sonest Resort is a short walk across the street with luxury spa and several very nice restaurants and bar inside and by the pool. You can go dine and drink at the Sonesta, just cannot use their pool. The Greens has a community pool for you to use. Shipyard is also home to world class tennis facilities at Van Der Meer tennis facility. Very responsive property management. Nice location relative to the beach within Dhioyard Palntation. A few little fixes—bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain quickly, exterior door you had to slam shut to get to lock, and dishwasher gasket falling off—would have gone a long way for a perfect stay!

The Greens section of Shipyard is very convenient to the beach. Our stay was good for the most part, but the property does need some maintenance and a deep clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked, and the furniture in the living room was very comfortable. The televisions were all smart TVs, and streaming was easy for viewing. As for the maintenance items, most notably was that the blinds on the first floor, both the front and back of the property, were broken and didn't work correctly. The bed in the primary bedroom was very soft. The door latch to the sliding glass doors to the back was loose, and it didn't always close properly. However, the property manager was excellent in his communication both before we checked in and when we reported the maintenance items. For example, the microwave stopped working, and we got a new one to use that same day. Overall, once these maintenance items are addressed, this property would be a convenient, comfortable place to stay.
