As a pet friendly unit, I found it very clean! No major smells/stains.
The appliances are all in excellent shape, we appreciated the updated bathrooms, and a full size washer/dryer.
The only issue we faced was noisy neighbors above us, being that this is a first floor unit. You can hear stomping/furniture moving, so if you are sensitive to noise I would consider else where.
We loved the proximity to the beach, and would like to stay here again in the future.

A beautiful condo in fantastic Evian. Beds are comfy, shower in master is amazing and the deck is great. Really good lay out and appreciated the quality of the kitchen appliances, and the extras like the beach chairs.
