Booking messed up my reservation in the central area of Lucca. They put me up in this place. The property was very nice.
It was not as advertised. The wi fi did not work. It’s advertised as near the city wall. It cost me 27eu to travel from the original property to this one. I found another on my own but it was impossible to find a taxi in this area. By luck, a taxi ride by and agreed to take me after waiting 40 minutes.
