We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seapoint Lodge and hope to return. The apartment is larger than we expected, really thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable. The location is wonderful - with fantastic views of Clew Bay. We loved swimming (and such close proximity to a sauna by the water). The family who own the apartment and B&B are absolutely lovely. We also appreciated a generous & thoughtful welcome tray. I’ve already recommended to friends.

The views from the living accommodation (not the bedrooms) are spectacular. The water is just across a small road, with views to the mountains beyond. There is a small slipway with swimming possible at high water. In particular the bathroom facilities work very well. The main bathroom is off a small lobby adjacent to the second bunk bedroom with another door to the lobby. That means that you can effectively have two en-suite rooms. Hosts are very friendly without being intrusive.
According to our friends travelling with us from Singapore the weather was to hot!!

The location was superb. The owner, Carol, was fabulous. She gave great recommendations for day trips, not that you'd want to leave that idyllic location!! The shower was spacious, loads of hot water. The apartment was spotless. There were plenty of very scenic walks on the doorstep. Very dog friendly.
