Renovated Parkside Gem - 2 person studio in the Pijp

Localização excelente (bairro incrível e bem localizado), boa limpeza e, especialmente, cuidado e carinho da equipe, que nos mandou as informações básicas antecipadamente, respondia muito rapidamente e de forma efetiva às nossas mensagens e ainda nos deixou um brinde carinhoso. Realmente, fomos muito bem tratados!

A acomodação é um pouco pequena mas atende bastante bem às expectativas. Se tivéssemos ido em qualquer outra época que não fosse verão, não teria do que reclamar. No entanto, como fomos no verão, passamos bastante calor durante o dia e um pouco no início da noite, de sorte que atrapalhou um pouco a ausência de ar condicionado.

Super Lage

We loved the location of the room. It was in a great area with lots of nice shops and places to eat nearby. It was also really handy for the airport and getting into the city centre. It was just the right size for two people staying for a few nights and the large bed was super comfy. The access instructions were clear and the host shared lots of helpful recommendations too. Overall, we loved our stay and thought it was great value for money.

The apartment is across the road from a car garage that can be very noisy first thing in the morning. So if you're not an early riser, you may find this disturbing. There's no aircon in the room either, we stayed in the middle of a heatwave, so it did get warm. A fan was provided in the room to help keep things cool so you can get by, but something you might want to consider in warmer months. The only thing the room was missing was a full length mirror.

Location. Bed comfortable. Host contactable and responsive. Permitted earlier dropping of luggage at 2pm before usual check in at 4pm. Can open windows for some fresh air from street below.

Size too tiny for 4 nights. Cases need to be placed on floor as no room for case fold out stands beside bed. No hand basin in toilet so need to walk around to shower area on other side to wash hands. No aircon so hot and sticky. Tiny fridge 20 x 30cm. Very steep narrow stairs not suitable for moving larger suitcases. Apartment above being renovated during our stay. Very over priced for quality by 30/40% from experience at other accom through Europe. Very disappointed I didn’t book other option in Amsterdam as I felt a bit ripped off
