About this bed and breakfast
Wonderful place to stay on the ground floor half of a double house.
Direct next to Sarphatipark. The place is very complete, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with tub / shower.
Piano, TV and WIFI all available.
Breakfast is NOT available from us.
Public transport: Near crossing of Tram 4 and tram 3.
Tram 4 runs between Amsterdam Centraal Station and Amsterdam RAI Station, both of them have a direct connection to AMS Schiphol Airport. Tram 3 connects to Amsterdam Amstel Station and runs along many mayor sites, such as Van Gogh museum, Rijksmuseum, Royal Concert hall and near Anne Frank's museum.
The inner city is at 500 meters distance, yet this place is very cozy and quiet.
Bedrooms are rented out jointly not seperately.

We are a family with two boys (12 and 15).What we liked:-Location: short distance to the tram/metro, the market, lots of restaurants, and a lovely park.-Easy to communicate with owners who are upstairs.-Well stocked kitchenDislikes:-Overall musty smell and not easy to open windows. The front windows don't open and the primary bedroom has patio doors which are tricky to maneuver in the space and I didn't feel comfortable leaving them open at night.-As pictured, the second bedroom is tiny so it is hard to find places to open luggage, especially two boys who aren't very organized. -Availability of Amsterdam travel resources.If you plan to do a lot of your own cooking, this place is great due to the size of the dining table/kitchen area.

Great location. Older original style living quarters. Small but sufficient for the three of us. Complete with a well stocked kitchen. WiFi was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Claire was very responsive with any communications we had. We enjoyed our stay here and would return. Tram, groceries, coffee shops and restaurants near by. Street market 2 blocks away.

The apartment was perfectly situated near a park, markets, tram and eateries. The owner was very hospitable and communication was easy. The premises were small and simple for 4 and a bit dated but were adequate for our needs, especially since we were out most of the day.

Location very close to the Albert Cuyp Marketand the Park. Restaurants close by.No outlets in bathroom and poor lighting in the bedroom
