    I had such an amazing time at The Niu Fender. It was a delightful stay. Florance at front desk was such an amazing help for a first time solo traveler. Everyone I encountered was very courteous also. The room and view were everything. It is worth staying a little outside of the city especially since the #42 bus drops off right in front of the hotel from Centraal Station and runs quite regularly.

    Premium room with sofabed, spacious, view over canal on 4th floor, extremely comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Good bus service to centraal station. Great staff.

    The location is far from the city center, making transportation inconvenient. The breakfast was very basic and below expectations. The room had almost no amenities—no complimentary water, no kettle, and no coffee maker. We specifically booked a room with one double bed, but instead received two single mattresses pushed together, which was uncomfortable and completely different from what we had booked. What made the experience even worse was the hotel’s attitude. We raised these issues with the staff several times, but they showed little interest in helping or finding a solution. They refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation, despite the room not matching our booking. Customer service was disappointing throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and based on our experience, I would not recommend it.
