Amplio, mucho espacio, nuevo, confortable, terraza en la entrada, aparcamiento. Zona tranquila, caminando a dos minutos de la playa de Melenara y Charca de Taliarte, cerca de playa de Salinetas; restaurantes, terrazas, supermercado, farmacia; paseo marítimo excelente, sin ruidos, sin vehículos; hasta dos kilómetros de paseo marítimo hasta La Garita, para hacer deporte, caminar, sentarse en sus bancos a leer, descansar, con vistas hacia el mar y costa. Lo recomiendo.
Está todo bien.

Nu se face precizarea ca se tratează de un garaj transformat într-o locuința. Nu este făcut rău, dar ar fi bine să se facă această precizarea.

La verdad que genial, Marta super amable y atenta. El apartamento muy bonito, todo al detalle y con lo necesario para pasar unos días. Muy bien situado, con un paseo al borde del mar precioso. La cama muy grande y cómoda, todo super nuevo. El único pero que pongo, es la bañera, porque estamos acostumbrados a plato de ducha. Eso sí es hidromasaje y aunque no tiene cortinillas, yo me he duchado y a penas se sale el agua. Muchísimas gracias por todo ☺️. Recomendable al 100x100

The location was great, very close to the beach (which is really pretty), it’s easy to find a parking space in the street or use the reserved space in front. The owners were kind and communication went smoothly.
The property is a garage turned into a flat so it’s hard to make it cozy. We had an issue with water leaking from the washing machine and kitchen sink. The water flowing though pipes on the ceiling was pretty loud. It’s hard to air out the place with only front door-window to open.
