La proximité de la mer. Promenade au bord de l'eau très agréable. Facilité d'accès en voiture depuis la route principale GC1.
Une seule fenêtre ouvrant sur l'extérieur pour tout l'appartement, du coup absence d'aération des autres pièces. Vue sur la mer difficile si on est dans le canapé . D'après la photo, on pensait qu'il y avait un extérieur. Frais de ménage élevés quand on est que 2 personnes. Il manquait un manche pour le balai, le gestionnaire n'a pas réagi à ma demande.
