A mere 30 steps from the walkway connecting several beaches and benches facing the Atlantic Ocean, where we sat to enjoy our morning coffee and evening glass of wine while listening to the waves crash on the volcanic rocks below.

While private designated parking is not included with this unit, we found easy access (in April) in plentiful free parking spots in the residential neighborhood that surrounds the apartment. Just stay within the white marked spots.

Stayed here for 9 days.. Check in is really easy because of the digital code to enter from the main doors. + The property is nearby from the 2 Beaches. + The place was tidy and cooking stuffs on what you need were there. + They provided beach towels and clean towels for use. + There were 2 Split type Airconditioners in this flat so you will never feel the heat :) + There is a Washingmachine there, easy dry clean. + The communication with the owner is superb, he answered my questions and what I need to know all the time. + Huge shower place. + The Bed was average, it is an orthopedic Bed. + The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, some of the locals there assisted me where to park and they told me that police were not so strict when it comes to parking around the area. +There is a Bakery across the flat, and they offer best pastries, fresh baked breads and many more.

- The place that we rented, there is a spiral stairs going up and it’s a bit narrow and it would be a bit of a problem if you guys are carrying heavy stuffs, not compatible with disabled people/ seniors too. - There is a balcony but it is not direct view on the beach and unfortunately we cannot sit outside or even open the sliding doors to get some fresh air because the down the balcony were the Trash bins - sometimes the smell was so bad ..so the Flies, insects were going up and our second day was disaster because the sliding doors were opened and we went for a walk for half an hour and when we came back it was full of insects/ flies inside the flat like it was a disaster..it was all over inside.. Thank God there is a anti repellant spray and I communicated to the owner and gave us the next day an insect killer. The owner of course it’s beyond his control and we cannot do anything too. + Looking for a Parking is really a challenge :)
