This apartment is what home feels like and Pilar was so kind, friendly and helpful. She welcomed us with cold water and bottle of wine. Location couldn't be better, just steps away from two beaches and the balcony view was breathtaking. We slept like angels with the sound of waves and the bed was sooo comfortable. You could find all that you think of like detergent for washing machine and dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and capsules, tea, honey, spices, even micellar water and nail polish remover, shampoo, etc. This is our second vacation in Telde, definitely not last, and every next time we're gonna return to El Refugio de Pilar. ❤️

The location of the apartment was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, shop nearby, free parking, amazing ocean view and beaches. Close to the airport and Las Palmas. The host Carlos was very helpful and helped with calling a taxi.

It was probably the best apartment I stayed while in Gran Canaria. It’s new, airy, super clean and perfectly located next to Playa Melenara. You may enjoy sea while having morning coffee in small balcony. The area is charming with more local vibes but still feels perfect for low key holidays. There are Spar and several restaurants, cafes close by. The airport is 10min drive, Las Palmas 15min away. The owner is very helpful and ready to help any minute.
