The place was well appointed and very comfortable. Loved the Ned Fleming art work and that there were sharp quality knives in the kitchen, beach chairs and beach towels. View was nice. Golf on property was amazing and the bike trails were awesome.
There were electrical problems but those were handled well. The trash can is not in the kitchen. That is a bit of a hassle especially when there are notes telling you not to use the garbage disposal. The hand held shower head in the master bath does not work and is actually nasty, caked up with mold and mildew. The fact that you cannot get to the unit without taking stairs is a bit of a hassle for older visitors. Might want to note that in the description.

the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, mugs, cooking supplies. the owners left a very nice coffee setup. they also provided 4 beach towels and a couple of beach chairs. the condo was very comfortable and decorated very nicely.
the walk to the beach was a little long ( can't change that other than. walking deck all the way to beach stairs) and the air downstairs doesn't flow as well so it get warm in the night
