Awesome value, would come back!

Bali Invest Living was an awesome and quiet stay. The room was beautiful, nice and clean, and the A/C worked perfectly. We stayed close to the pool which was just what we needed for a dip on hot days. The staff was fantastic, super helpful, and the location is great. There’s also private parking for your bike, which was very convenient. 100% recommend this place!

Friendly staff, nice pool

This is not a 5 star location as advertised. Fungus in the bathroom and having to ask to get your room cleaned is not good.

The double room was cosy and well-kept, just right for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything was tidy and in place. It’s a basic setup, but it has everything you need. Great value for the price!

Nice property

I had the apartment which was beautiful and large, they had lots of fine details and you could tell a lot of effort and upkeep was given to the property. It was light and spacious.

The road noise was unbearable & the location wasn’t near any restaurants. But a delivery was really goood 😊

The standard room pleasantly surprised us with its cleanliness — everything was fresh and tidy. Check-in was very fast, and the staff was efficient and friendly. It’s clean, I like the idea of having a kitchen and lots of sitting areas to eat. The staff are amazing.

The hotel was very comfortable. Green area and paradise pool (by the way, other guests practically did not use it, so it seemed that only I was bathing in it). Hearty and above all tasty breakfast with quality products.

Am cerut să am cearșafuri curate, fără pete și mi-a fost respectată cerința.

Toaleta se vedea cu ochiul liber că nu era dezinfectată și curățată de mult timp. Geamurile nu sunt izolate deloc. Se aude de afară de parcă aș dormi în stradă. Nu m-am putut odihni.

Me encantó el ambiente del lugar. Todo muy limpio y tranquilo, con una atmósfera amigable y gente muy agradable alrededor. Perfecto para relajarse y conocer personas con buena vibra. También usé el servicio de traslado y fue una excelente decisión, muy cómodo y puntual.

Heel aangename ervaring! Alles was netjes en schoon. Ik kon al om 12:00 inchecken, wat erg handig was. De klantenservice via WhatsApp reageerde snel en behulpzaam. Ik zou hier zeker opnieuw verblijven!

Nos alojamos en una habitación en la planta baja que contaba con cocina y un dormitorio separado. Todo estaba limpio, bien organizado y muy cómodo. Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen, sie ist sauber und hat sehr gemütliche Betten. Der Pool ist sauber, die Unterkunft hatte sogar Spülung und einen Wasserspender. Lage ist etwas außerhalb, man kommt aber günstig und schnell mit Gojek ins Zentrum

Dårligt

Dårlig kundeservice. Vi bookede det da vi akut manglede et hotel på Bali. Den aften var der strømsvigt men der var mange hoteller der ikke var påvirket af det. Jeg skriver med hotellet på Whatsapp inden for at få bekræftet min booking og fortalt om vores situation og de siger vi bare skal gå op til værelset når vi kommer. Da vi ankommer er der HELT mørkt og ingen medarbejdere. Derfor kan vi naturligvis ikke finde værelset, da der er kulsort. Vi bliver derfor nødt til at gå og finde et andet hotel. Efterfølgende ville de ikke refundere pengene for værelset, da “hele øen var påvirket af strømsvigtet”, hvilket ikke var rigtigt, da mange hoteller havde strøm, og udover det skulle de have informeret os om dette på forhånd da vi skrev med dem inden.

La piscina estaba bien aunque no la use mucho, la camada era bastante cómoda. El personal se esfuerza por limpiar pero la falta de mantenimiento hace que no parezca del todo limpio

Honestamente me sentí un poco defraudada con el alojamiento ya que me esperaba algo de más nivel, cuando llega y ves la piscina ves que todo está un poco sucio y falta de mantenimiento. Te limpian la habitación cada 3 días pero es verdad que si se lo pides te limpian la habitación… simplemente esperaba y tenía más expectativas de este sitio
