ValStar Hotel Canggu

Staff very welcoming and friendly, especially Ayu and Ria at reception. Lots of complimentaries at checkin, was a nice touch! Buffet breakfast was really good and had lots of options. The chef making the eggs always had a happy smile and offered to put additional ingredients in and make the eggs exactly how you want. Room had amazing view or rice fields and also roof balcony had nice view and space for yoga and a gym room. Room was comfortable.

Only one pillow per person in the bed, and it was two twins put together to make the double, which isn't always the most comfortable.

Staff were lovely this was our first time in bali and first ever hotel we had a late flight so check in late and staff were great. Breakfast was good selection and room was really clean.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at ValStar Hotel Canggu. The room was always clean and comfortable, the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient and peaceful. Everything exceeded my expectations and made my trip to Bali even more enjoyable

It wasn’t the cleanest. I initially booked the cheapest room but had to upgrade to their most premium one as the cheaper room was stuffy, smelt a bit funny, flies were flying around the room and there was hair everywhere from the previous guest. The upgraded room was cleaner and bigger which was good, but I think I may have gotten bed bugs from my stay. There was lots of dirt / debris on the floor in the hallway as well
