Excellent Property in Canggu. Nice Hotel with all facilities. Nice Views. Good Air to breathe with good breeze everywhere. Good Breakfast with variety. They have a Weighing machine in the lobby so that we can weigh our luggage before going to the Airport. Good initiative. Thank u so much.

I loved the view of the Reiss field, the staff, the koi and the restaurant!

You have to book the most expensive room to get the good view. There is no view on even the upgraded room. You have to literally get the best one they have.

Its an okay hotel but would not reccomended to a friend

I liked the lunch that you where able to get for free when staying there great value for the money your are paying there considering its a hotel

My room location its was under the ground wich should not be a problem if you light it well. The lighting was very cold and the the allay it felt really dark. The amount of noise I experienced at midnight

The staff were so lovely and very helpful. The pool had a nice view and overall the hotel seemed clean.

The air con in the room was very loud which woke us up regularly throughout the night. We did not flag this to the staff but I’m sure they would have helped if we had!

Fantastic value, would return again

Staff were friendly, especially Yudi. The sunset by the pool was fantastic, 2 for 1 cocktails happy hour was great. Food very good. Good location to gojek from.

The only negatives for us were that the beds were a little too firm and the air-conditioning in the rooms just didn't get cold enough.

Won’t stay again

It was fine for two nights. The staff were so nice but I was frustrated my whole stay - I felt so mean for constantly being angry at staff & complaining.. it’s not their fault the hotel sucks.

The fake service, the bland food, the gym - no sanitiser or towels for sweat or anti bac wipes to wipe down equipment. The water cooler provided only warm water. I ordered a couple of drinks from room service they were so awful I couldn’t drink them. The safe didn’t work, the toilet leaked, my showers were cold & my food & drinks went off when I left the room because the fridge turned off with the power when I took the took key. The food was typical Balinese resort style - no flavour. I couldn’t wait to leave unfortunately, don’t expect anything from this hotel.

Best Place in Canggu

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had an excellent experience. The staff is incredibly kind, (Ria, Nurtini, Harum, Rihana) friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is very pleasant, clean and modern. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and they’re cleaned daily. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, just like every other meal of the day. I also rented a scooter for one day directly at the front desk for 100k. I asked to leave my suitcase at the hotel for 5 days while I visited the Komodo Islands, and the staff kindly agreed. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

The Best Value for money Hotel in Canggu you can find with Outstanding amenities and the Staff are now like family to me. Valstar is only just over 1 year old and still looks new. I always stay here when in Canggu. The cleanest, quietest rooms, and most pleasant place to stay. Breakfast is AMAZING and they just updated their selections. Buffet breakfast with now more Indonesian selections and you get to choose something off the A La Carte Menu. The Staff as I said are just the best bunch of people with a very high level of personal service. The pool is awesome and the view of the Rice fields is stunning. Thank you once again Valstar. See you again very shortly :)

Lovely rooms with comfy beds. The staff are amazing, very welcoming and helpful 😀 The food was lovely and I really enjoyed the breakfast 😀 beautiful views all around and you can see the sunset from the top 😀 Very nice pool and also a lovely 10 minute complimentary massage. Thank you 😊

Staff was very helpfull and kind. Breakfast was very good (buffet) and one is able to order one item of the a la carte menu. I was able to rent a scooter from the hotel during my stay. And because I had to check out early before breakfast they arranged a breakfast box.

- leaking a/c damaged my belongings & cost me a lot to buy to replacements! - very rude management - breakfast was very average (pancake was overcooked, bread was like stone hard!) & very little option too Suggest there is many better option in Canggu for the same value
