Great place to stay at in Canggu. Great value for your money

The staff is absolutely wonderful. They make you feel right at home and it never feels like you're asking for too much. The pool is great and while i stayed there never busy. The location is also spot on. Close to the beach, lots of nice cafe's around. And also absolutely loved the restaurant attached to the resort. The menu, the ambiance and especially the staff were amazing. I was always greeted by my name and with a big smile :)

It's not that much about the property but downside is there are lots of ants. Also had a lizard in my room which was a bit scary. And the bathroom was quite small but since i was alone this wasn't so much of an issue

Could have been better.!

I liked the location and The pool, except the decking needs some urgent repairs. There are loose plancs and many missing screws and protruding screws out of the wood. Some of the wood is a tripping hazard , as is sagging on the side you step , which automatically elevates the opposite side.

I didn’t check my original booking , that there was NO fridge. My fault ! It would have been nice if there was at least a mini fridge, so people can put some cans of beer or soft drinks etc. Pool decking is in a pretty bad condition....

Clean enough, however the hotel room a little boxy and really is a space for a short stay, rather than a. Space to settle in and get really comfortable in luxury.

It’s advertised as adults only, yet we had screaming kids waking us up throughout the night, and taking over the pool.

You can feel the electricity coming out from the washbasin and I was relocated from the hotel into the villa on the 1st night since they said that the hotel is fully booked.

The location of this hotel is great, it`s in a more silent area in Canggu but is still just minutes away from everything. The pool and garden are amazing and extremely clean.

The laundry service was horrible. We suspect the clothes never even touching water, only perfume and ironing. still dirty clothes but reeking of perfume.

Staff were amazing, pool and location were good. Clean room everyday and laundry service was great.

Paper thin walls you can hear everything in the next room people coming and going at all hours of the night. Ants in the room and in bed sheets, a bad sewer smell in the room and outdoors which affected clothes aswell. bathroom was very small so water goes everywhere as there is no shower screen. no fridge

The pool area was beautiful. Staff was nice. Location good.

There was a hole in the ceiling next to the door where geckos and other insects would be able to come inside of the room and the staff were very aware of that. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water. It got "fixed" which didn't last. There were ants inside of some of the lamps which meant that if you used those lamps, ants were falling into your bed. The door to the balcony wouldn't close so it was slightly open all of the time. It's rainy season which meant that the room was humid all of the time even though there was a AC unit. You could hear everything that was going on in the hallway or outside but luckily not from the other rooms. So it would tend to get loud when you were trying to sleep. Sheets and towels very hopeful washed but still very stained and some even ripped. The room was so tiny that we weren't able to keep our suitcases open at anytime without dripping over them. The bathroom was designed poorly because when you showered the WHOLE bathroom would get wet including the toilet seat.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating . Loved the pool. The bed was big and comfortable.

The restaurant has been closed which meant breakfast was brought from a local restaurant and was a little cold but still delicious.
