Umpadhi Canggu

I loved everything about this hotel! The room was cosy and had everything I needed. Quiet and peaceful location and great to relax by the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tv dosent really work. No smart tv. Shower pressure was very low sometimes. room service came around 11 which i thought was abit to early

Nice hotel room. Bed was comfortable and staff was really nice (I left my bags in storage and this wasn't any issues). In general nice place to stay for short time. Really good value to the price! Location was really comfortable to move around Canggu.

Hot water wasn't always there. Bathroom can be in better conditions and towels could be more new. My room was just in front from main doors, so no special view. But in general on plus.

The restaurant/bar was lovely and I had some great cocktails there The staff were friendly and attentive The pool was great

The bed always felt wet. I think it was perpetually damp no matter how much I opened the door it always felt wet when I slept I also didn’t like that there was an aggressive dog who lives in the hotel and stays in the entryway. I think that this should be made clear because I wouldn’t have booked if I had known. I am scared of dogs so it made me quite anxious and made me feel like take a different route in/out of the hotel to the shortest route
