The staff were freindly and very helpful. their knowledge of English could have been better. The facilities were great, particularly the swimming pool. Very comfortable place to stay.

The only thing was inabbility to communicate with staff mainly because of my complete lack of Indonesian and the staff's limited English. But we managed somehow.

Beautiful !

Honestly the 3 bedroom villa was beautiful, the code access worked well, the villa was spacious. Communication from the front desk was good, as well as they were there if you needed. The location and finding the villa was super good, easy driveway for the bikes to stop.

The upstairs outside of the rooms had no aircon so got super stuffy and hot ! Besides that the other air-cons worked well.

Awesome and good value for money!

The location was close to a beautiful restaurant where we could go for meals and next to a spa and beauty place. The room was spacious, modern and very clean and the staff were prompt in attending to any requests - a very relaxing and enjoying stay. The big pool out the front was really nice as well.

Asthetically pleasing property, bad staff

I stayed here for 8 nights with my retreat group. While the property itself is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, the experience was unfortunately let down by the staff. I paid extra for a poolside room, which was located directly next to reception. On multiple occasions, I had to get up early in the morning to ask the staff to lower their voices or turn down loud programs they were watching. Despite being told there was a free shuttle into Canggu, we were charged each time we used it. Basic amenities such as toilet paper, coffee, and other essentials were not restocked regularly, even after housekeeping. We constantly had to request items that should have been replenished as part of standard service. The most disappointing aspect was the attitude of the staff. They were unhelpful, often rude, and once they became aware of our complaints, they responded with sarcasm toward my group. Although the venue is lovely and had great potential for future retreats, I will not be returning due to the poor service and unprofessional behavior of the staff.

Неплохой номер, современный, чистый и просторный, но на этом хорошее заканчивается.

Из номера в этом отеле у меня украли сережки. Персонал делал вид, что ничего не знает. Когда я вызвала полицию и попросила администрацию помочь решить проблему, мне сразу сказали, что вернуть их невозможно и отель засудит меня за клевету. У меня были все доказательства на руках, но сережки так и не вернули. Периодически отключали интернет и свет, невозможно было спокойно работать и находиться в номере. Также напротив отеля ведутся стройка, из-за чего был вечный шум утром и днем.

Séjour parfait dans cette belle hotel !

Hotel calme, piscine splendide, chambre spacieuse, emplacement idéal, location de scooter, super rapport qualité prix, en super état pour ne pas dire neuf..

Les travaux juste en face de ma chambre et le fait de pas avoir de quoi se restaurer sur place. (Mais tout cela ne pas déranger t'en que ca..) restaurant a 100m.

Très bon séjour !

Très bon séjour. L’établissement est bien placé mais reste calme. La chambre est bien équipé et le lit très confortable. Le personnel était sympa et le ménage est fait tous les jours. Toutefois, nous avons retrouvé quelques minis cafards dans la salle de bain (il n’y en avait pas dans la chambre).

SUPERBE ! Très belles prestations

Très bel hôtel, neuf (un an) Mobilier et équipements modernes À proximité en scooter des lieux animés de la ville Zone très calme, idéale pour se reposer. Chambre spacieuse et très lumineuse, décorée avec goûts, avec petit balcon et vue sur le jardin Établissement très propre, digne des standards 4* européens. Le plus propre de tout mon séjour d’un mois à Bali Magnifique piscine, très bien entretenue, comme le jardin verdoyant. Personnel adorable, réception ouverte 24/24. Mention spéciale pour Bima « Max » qui a été d’une grande aide durant mon séjour, ultra souriant et professionnel et avec un grand sens du service. Je me suis sentie comme à la maison, je reviendrai!

Bon à savoir : pas de bar / restaurant / petit déjeuner possible sur place. Chaque chambre est néanmoins équipée d’un petit frigo et chaque étage à sa cuisine partagée

Tolle neue Anlage, neu, großzügige Zimmer und super Pool.

Super tolle Lage, super ruhig angenehm und neu!! Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig groß und angenehm für den Urlaub. Tolle Anlage.

Außer die Veranstaltung nebenan, teilweise bis Mitternacht etwas laut, da beachvolleyball gespielt wird, habe warscheinlich nur ungünstig genau die Veranstaltung getroffen.
