Perfect views from the apartment. Close to tram and bus stops. Tesco local, co-op, londis and dominos pizza all with in a 5-7 minute walking distance

Clean modern apartment with decent cooking facilities in a good location.
We chose the apartment particularly because it had two single beds and one double bed. However, the single beds had one sheet over the two of them. There was a spare duvet, but without a cover. Also, we asked in advance about whether we could have bedding without down/feathers or wool, because of allergies. We were informed by the property manager that "we do not have bedding options without down feathers of wool". So we arranged to bring our own synthetic duvet and pillow. And when we arrived at the apartment, we found that the duvets and pillows were synthetic. This was rather frustrating. Also, a lamp and the heater in the main room did not work. Fortunately, the weather was warm enough that we did not need the heater - we were told that that they were waiting for an electrician. Finally, as we sleep with the windows open, we heard quite a lot of noise from outside which kept us awake and work us early.

The apartment is very close to tram station, fast food restaurant and grocery shop.
I was wondering if it had been cleaned before we moved in. There was mud stain on the floor and on the sofa! The radiator in the living room did not work. The scissors in kitchen drawer were broken. The frying pan was extremely dirty and it prevented me from using it to cook. There was some foul-smell stagnant water in the dish washer. Hot water supply stopped after 9pm everyday but the emergency call centre couldn't help.
