Clean and comfortable

Location was fine, there was a Tesco just a short walk away
Quite area
As older guests we found the beds very low & a bit of a struggle to get out of.
No lift made it hard work getting suitcases up & down, but that was my fault for not noticing that on the description

The location
Unfortunately, our stay was not as comfortable as expected. The ventilation in the property was poor, making the space feel stuffy and uncomfortable. The mattress was also not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep during the stay. In addition, We noticed there was no first aid box available in the property, which would have been useful for basic safety and convenience. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guests’ experience.
