- Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the rooms with natural light and create a spacious feel
- Open-plan living area with modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for home cooking, dining table, sofa, armchair, and smart TV
- Living room features sliding glass doors onto a balcony — ideal for morning coffee or evening wine with city skyline views
- High-speed broadband throughout — perfect for work or staying connected

Located a short distance from central Manchester, it's around a 20 minute walk or short bus ride to the city's main shops, restaurants and nightlife. Old Trafford is just a 20 minute walk from the property. There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket just 5 minutes from the apartment. Ordsall Park is just 2 minutes from the property, perfect for a morning walk and some fresh air.
Getting Around:
Central Manchester can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot or a short bus ride away. Both Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria stations are a short taxi ride away. Old Trafford is just a 20 minute walk from the property.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for up to 4 people.
There is a sofa bed for up to 2 guests in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking).
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
