La situation géographique, la praticité, la communication
Pomme de douche de la sdb du fond pb jet, évacuation d eau lavabo sdb centrale, porte savon qui ne tient pas dans la douche. Fenêtres doubles vitrages pratiques mais la rue reste trop bruyante ce qui empêche de se reposer à partir de 5h30 du matin.

This was great and a convenient place to stay for Porto with easy car parking nearby. It was ideal for 6 people the beds up the stairs might have been less convenient if there were more in the party.

Enough space for 10 people (each room - 5 rooms - has one double bed), the layout of the house was well tought and the AC in the living room and bedrooms were perfect!
Telmo is a great host! He answered all my questions and really helped a lot with our requests.
The location was also great! 3 mins from metro station and from the best spot to see the sunset (Jardim do Morro).
The fact that there were not enough chairs at the table to sit 10 people (same with the mugs and glasses).
The fact that there were no elevators in the building (not the hostess fault) and we were not notified about it (I had with me a bag of almost 40kg and had to take with me till the 2nd floor all by stairs - since I was the first to arrive, it was really a big chellange for me hahaha)
Otherwise, everything was fine.
