We had a very pleasant stay at Casa di Sabina. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very nice. The host was kind, attentive, and provided great service throughout our stay.
The only point that could be improved is related to accessibility., which may give the impression that the property is suitable for guests with reduced mobility. However, there is no ramp in the lobby, and there are about 6–7 large steps before reaching the elevator. Additionally, the elevator is quite narrow and cannot accommodate a wheelchair unless it is folded.
We were traveling with my father-in-law, who is unable to walk, and this made getting him in and out of the building quite challenging. It would be very helpful if this information were clearly stated to avoid confusion for future guests with similar needs.

Just a few modernising touches here and there would do it a lot of good, overall it is great.
