Excellent stay, very kind and helpful hosts. Breakfast place around the corner on foot. We had 5 rooms since we were a family traveling in Ubud. To get around you need to have a scooter (they have a few scooters available) or used one of the local transport apps (Gojek, Grab..). All in all very good stay, would come again!

Warmest family that hosted me! Immense water pressure. Simple rooms. Cosy beds and good AC. I was barely in the room during the day — very comfortable. Quick 10 min bike ride to places and a 5-8 min walk to a great cafe for coffee and good meals :) returning for sure. Great value for money.

the staff were great and helped me a lot (not only with accommodation). i came for a couple of days and ended up extending, the room was cleaned every day; there are nice restaurants in the area as well as yoga facilities, and the area is quite beautiful with not too many people. i would definitely stay here again

Literally the best place ever. This little guest house will surprise you, and you’ll feel like you never want to leave. We came here for 4 days and ended up staying two weeks. The place is beautiful — the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything is just perfect: it’s super clean, and they are very attentive to every detail. They clean the room every day and provide fresh water, shower gel, and shampoo daily. I researched a lot to find a good place to stay in Ubud, and when I arrived and experienced this, I was completely satisfied with my choice. Truly the best place ever! The area is beautiful — outside the chaos of Ubud, yet still very close to the best spots. You can walk to Alchemy, Yellow Flower Café, Moksa, and with a 10-minute scooter ride, you're in the center. Here, you'll stay with a lovely Balinese family who will do everything to make you feel at home. They are amazing people and incredibly hardworking. They keep everything spotless all day long and help you with anything you need. You can enjoy a truly traditional experience here, but with all the comfort you're used to. The pool area is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. You can have a delicious breakfast here every day for just 50k rupiah! They also have motorbikes for rent at the guest house — very new and well-maintained. They can also help you arrange transport to your next destination or to the airport at a very good price. I really recommend this place! Come here — you’ll love it! Thank you again, you guys are doing an amazing job :)

Everything was perfect!

The facilities are very clean and the gardens look Fantastic 😍. The staff are very friendly and were always there when we needed something. The staff offered ideas of places to visit and were great with timely services.

It would help if a baby cot was available and with mosquito nets especially for babies.

The workers helped me with my luggage, retrieving it and also taking it to the next place. Very helpful, much appreciated. Pool is very nice. Great massage lady who comes to the room and very attractive price.

There was no breakfast included and there are no mirrors in the room. Besides that everything was great.

A beautiful place to stay, the rooms are gorgeous and very clean. Huge balcony, the pool is beautiful, not cloudy at all so very clean. Powerful air-conditioning. The staff are very friendly and kind. Always there if you need anything. They are always cleaning and my room was cleaned every day. As a solo female traveller I felt 100% safe here. The location was perfect for me, it's out of the main hustle of Ubud but so cheap to get a grab bike closer in when you needed it. Plenty places nearby to eat etc. I extended my stay with the staff personally and they gave me a great rate. So I ended up being here for almost 2 weeks.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick scooter ride away from everything I needed. The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredible, going above and beyond to make my stay special. They even made my birthday unforgettable, which meant so much to me. The pool was a dream—crystal clear and the perfect place to relax. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe, welcomed, and at home. This place is a hidden gem, and I could easily stay forever! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with great amenities and exceptional service.

Very clean and cute place to stay in Ubud. It’s relatively small and all hotel guests share courtyard with the pool. It’s about 8 rooms and 3 small houses. Property is new and meets all expectations. Staff is very nice and they taking care of every your inquiry. Good location, shops, small restaurant and cafes and reachable to the ubud Centre on bike in 7 min.

Good location. The owners (a very nice family) treated us as a part of them. Building is super new, everything as per photos. I will come back

Londo house is zeer basic en hier en daar nood aan een update. Voor één nacht was het goed genoeg. Langere periode zou ik hier niet verblijven.

Humidité dans la salle de bain, mais acceptable sans problème

C est dans un endroit calme d’ubud donc il n’y a pas de bruits, la rue reste illuminée même la nuit et le centre ville est accessible en 10min de scooter, Le staff est très gentil et la piscine est un gros point fort de l’hôtel

Le seul bémol se sont les rideaux, il y a de la moisissure dessus et la salle de bain est très vite inondée car la douche n’est pas séparée par une vitre ou rideau

Petit hôtel proche d’Ubud mais loin de son agitation, lieu calme et reposant. Personnel sympathique et attentionné. Magnifique piscine.

Salle de bain sans ouverture sur l’extérieur donc un peu d’humidité

Heerlijke plek. Heel rustig terwijl je lopend naar de nodige restaurantjes kon en het centrum van Ubud met een wat langere wandeling of per taxi makkelijk bereikbaar was.

Pietluttige verbeteringen zouden een douchescherm kunnen zijn, een stopcontact in de badkamer en een spiegel boven het dressoir of naast de kledingkast.

كل شيء سيء خصوصاً الموقع جداً مرعب وموحش لدرجة اني بمجرد ما شفت وشعه بالليل طلعت مباشره وصاحب السكن مواطن مو شركه وفي الليل يطفي جميع الانوار او الكهرب في مرافق الفندق ولا انصح فيه بتاتاً .. لا يغرك تقييم بوكينق ❌👎🏼

Atención, limpieza y facilidad para gestionar modificaciones. No buscan venderte nada, incluso tuvimos que recordarles que nos cobrarán consumiciones. Ubicado cerca de dos bares muy buenos.

Très beau et super propre notamment la piscine très agréable et un personnel au petit soin. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet établissement. Le rapport qualité prix est incroyable. Je recommande vivement pour passer un séjour paisible, au calme et bien situé à quelques mètres de très bons cafés, dans un quartier très tranquille en dehors de l’intensité du centre d’Ubud mais à quelques minutes en scooter.

Les bruits de rongeurs dans la charpente qui nous ont demandé d’utiliser des bouchons d’oreille.

La gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement et la magnifique piscine

In de buurt op loopafstand niet veel restaurantjes.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in Londo house. De eigenaren waren enorm vriendelijk. Alles was schoon en goed onderhouden.

Jag gillade allt med detta boende!! Stannade i två veckor men hade kunnat stanna ännu längre. Jättetrevlig personal och jättefin grönskande lugn miljö. Rummet var rent och bekvämt. Bra läge med enkel tillgång till allt jag behövde, bara en kort scootertur från centrala ubud. Skulle definitivt stanna här igen. Rekommenderar starkt!
