La posizione comoda, ambiente ristrutturato alla perfezione, libertà e autonomia in tutto.
Il water ed il bidet sono davvero piccoli di dimensione, con conseguente scomodità di utilizzo. Comprensibile per l'ottimizzazione degli spazi ma creano qualche difficoltà.

What a beautiful and well designed space. I loved the attention for detail in all elements of the apartment.
Fully equiped in all areas. We stayed there with 2 adults and our 10,7 and 10 months old baby which was somewhat tight but nevertheless we extended our stay.
Host is super friendly, fast in response and very helpful.
Sleeping couch could be more comfortable. For the kids it was great but I slept on it for one night and for me it was not comfortable enough.

La struttura, una casa a due piani con scala interna ha tutto il necessario, due bagni, letto matrimoniale, divano letto comodissimo, cucina a induzione con forno, forno a microonde, caffè a cialde, bollitore e frigo. Tutto di ultima generazione e pulitissimo. La casa si trova nella piazza di Gualdo Tadino, nelle vicinanze parcheggi sia a pagamento che liberi. L'host attento ad ogni necessità. Siamo state 4 giorni e saremmo volute rimanere. Ci è davvero rimasta nel cuore Casa Matilde!

Tutti i confort necessari per sentirsi a casa!cucina dotata di tutto.. doppio bagno completo di doccia super comoda.. tv Wi-Fi riscaldamento e condizionatori… tutto tutto tutto!!
Struttura super super accogliente! Arredata con cura dei dettagli! La posizione centralissima ci ha permesso di goderci a pieno questo paesino!parcheggio vicinissimo alla struttura .. davvero top
