The host is simply wonderful. She is highly responsive. For easier connectivity, I was contacted via WhatsApp. We had trouble with the taxi drivers who were trying to scam us with the fares from the airport to the property. She advised the right taxi fares and even got her husband to speak to the taxi drivers on our arrival. Instead of paying 10,000 per taxi, we paid 2,000 kzt per taxi. The property is spacious with pretty much everything decent that is needed for a short stay. Even after we checked out, my daughter had some problems with getting a taxi, I texted her and she responded by giving some valuable information.

Nothing that I can think off.

Location was perfect, as I chose it to be close to the airport. There was also a nearby shopping mall with restaurants to have some food. The bed was comfortable with tidy linen.

There was some unpleasant smell inside of the apartment, the bathroom and kitchen look fresher on photos than in reality. And the most irritating part was the construction noise coming from neighbors.

Clean, new and spacious accomodation very close to the airport. The communication with the host was very nice, quick and easy. Check-in with a door code was uncomplicated. In case you are a foreigner, you should make sure though to have internet, as the code was sent only when we had arrived at the accomodation. The airport shuttle was not available during our stay, but the host arranged a taxi for us when we asked. The neighbourhood is not touristy, but has a good vibe and is friendly. Small shops, a gas station and a big mall with a variety of fast food restaurants are in walking distance. All in all, recommended stay if you aim to be close to the airport!

The accomodation has an A/C, but only in one room. The kitchen, hall and bedroom are basically not climatized, which was a bit of a disappointment during our stay in August.
