Niet grondig gepoetst, de matten waren vuil bij aankomst. Stof niet grondig weggepoetst.

De ruimte en gezelligheid van het appartement ! En het zeezicht !!!
De geur in het trappenhuis en badkamer.
Geen zicht op het cijferslot van de key-safe in de brievenbus.

The view
Just because you tag the word "Luxurious" to a place does not necessarily make it so. The apartment is in a relatively old building with poor sound insulation. Granted the hosts cannot do much about that. But they can ensure that
1. The kitchen faucet does not leak
2. The drains in the bathroom do not stink
3. The sofa does not sag and is of a comfortable height
4. That both the television sets work
5. That the carpet is clean
6. That the sink is clean
7. That the fridge is clean
8. That...
