Beautiful view, cozy place. Dog welcomed :)

1. The view was glorious, we were busy watching the waves from the window. 2. There was a TV, a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The heating system was good. 3. Dog was allowed with a fee of 10 euros per day :) 4. The apartment was a bit far from the main Oostende area/ market, in a quite zone. But that was good for our dog as he likes calm places. 5. The instructions were clear about how to get the apartment key, parking spaces etc before our arrival. 6 Paid parking right in front of the apartment. 7. There was a lift also. It was very tiny but our dog has arthritis so we appreciate the lift everywhere.

1. There were 3 people for 1 hour in the apartment for an inspection. The owner informed me that earlier but it was a long inspection time window. We had to go out and that was a bit troublesome, specially with an aging dog. 2. The bedsheet had some sand (maybe from the previous stay).

The view is a must!

The view was perfect.there was a big tv, and many parking spaces (had to pay in the morning), the heating sistem was fast and good, the facillity had lift also.

not too clean, but we booked last minute, the wifi is a littlebit weak, the wind is so strong, that the radiators need to work 24/24 so you dont feel the cold from outside(windows are not isolated enough)

Het prachtige zicht op zee! Het is zeer aangenaam dat het appartement op de derde verdieping ligt. Zo kon ik vlot de kinderen zien, maar keken de mensen 's avonds toch niet binnen

Lieblose, abgewohnte Ausweichwohnung der Vermieterin mit altem, irgendwo ausrangiertem Inventar

Der Ausblick auf das Meer. Auch hier hat aber das Foto suggeriert, man wäre direkt auf Strandhöhe. Tatsächlich war die Wohnung im 3.OG.

Bewertung: Wohnung (2, einzig positiv war der Ausblick zum Meer) / Verhalten der Vermieterin nach Reklamation (-1) Wohnung - Gestank Müll Hausflur + Fliegen in Wohnung, Toilette verdreckt/Krümel auf den Stühlen/Spinnweben in den Ecken, einfachstes Inventar alt und abgenutzt, billigste schwache Lampen mit (leeren) Batterien (bei einer war eine Kugel lose, nur aufgelegt. Bei der Suche nach dem Schalter auf der Unterseite ist die Kugel runtergefallen und war kaputt)/ Matratze durchgelegen und dünn/Schlafsofa ranzig und abgenutzt, auf den Bildern nicht ersichtlich/Mini- Waschbecken KO-Kriterium für uns: Das einzige Schlafzimmerfenster geht zu einer ca. 2 m entfernten Backsteinmauer hinaus. Das machte das kleine Zimmer noch dunkler und beklemmend. Auch diese Tatsache wurde im Inserat und durch den Winkel der Fotos bewusst verschwiegen. Vermieterin - anfangs freundlich, nach Reklamation immer unfreundlicher, zuletzt unverschämt Erste Reaktion auf Reklamation: Sie haben eine Lampe zerstört? Ihr Angebot morgens Tag 2: Neue Batterien und Reinigung, fragt ob wir stornieren wollen. Klares JA von uns. Vermieterin schreibt um 10:30 an Booking (nicht uns!), dass wir 200€ (von 800€) zurückbekommen, wenn wir „heute auschecken“. Sie stellt uns dabei die schon kaputte Lampe mit 60€ in Rechnung. Die fast gleichen Lampen im Schlafzimmer kosten übrigens nur 12€). Wir (!) erfahren erst um 12:15 von dem (unverschämten) Angebot. Vermieterin sagt nun, check out (10:30) sei inzwischen vorbei. Wir ziehen nach 1 von 6 Nächten mittags aus. 2. Urlaubstag verloren durch booking hotline/Suche Alternative/Umzug. Selbst das unverschämt geringe Angebot (25%) gilt wohl nicht mehr, weil Check out abgelaufen. Danach nur noch über booking Austausch / Stress / Hotline. Booking zahlt aus Kulanz 200€. La vue sur mer parfaite et les parkings à proximité très bon marché. Petit appartement parfait pour un court séjour. Le petit chien admis sans supplément.

Le local poubelle du sous-sol rempli qui amène beaucoup de mouchettes dans l’immeuble. Dommage, maintenant les propriétaires de l appartement n’en sont probablement pas responsable.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt mit Blick auf das Meer und es ist nicht laut und trubelig.

Für uns war das Bett etwas zu weich, aber das liegt wohl daran, dass wir gerne eine härtere Matratze haben.
