It is a good idea to visit the Kursaal after a nice day at the beach, where you will find entertainment, variety and excitement in the concert hall, restaurant and great casino. There are excellent shopping opportunities in Ostend, such as in the famous Chapel Street. Some cultural treasures, including the open-air museum Atlantikwall, the museum ship Amandine, the church of St. Peter and Paul, Fort Napoleon and the former, royal summer residence are definitely worth a visit. With your children you can go to the cinema or visit an indoor playground. During your stay you can also visit the nearby towns of Bredene, De Haan and De Panne.
