It is a very nice apartment, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable with fresh comfortable sheets. Beautiful bathroom and well equipped kitchen. For me it was very important to have a nice dining table and the comfortable big couch to relax on or watch a movie. I did not get disappointed. The view was direct on the see which was just perfect. Very good management that listens to the customers’ needs.

The drilling noises at 7 in the morning were driving me mad. But this was unexpected and the owners have done their best to make it up to us. We are grateful for that.

Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Ruim appartement, goed uitgerust. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig De bedden zijn opgemaakt en het is inbegrepen in de prijs.

De waarborg vond ik mss wel een beetje overbodig.

Dit was mijn 2de verblijf en als ik weer naar de kust ga voor een vakantie kom ik hier zeker terug.

Het is een zeer schoon appartement. Een brede woonkamer, het balkon heeft dezelfde breedte waardoor veel lichtinval en daardoor prachtig zeezicht. Voor mij persoonlijk waren de 3 slaapkamers een groot pluspunt die ik vanwege de samenstelling ook nodig had en daardoor had iedereen zijn privacy. Keuken is prima in orde en kan je goed je plan trekken indien je zelf wat wil koken. Mooi ruime frigo (met 1 diepvries compartiment) Combi oven-magnetron was ff wennen maar ligt gebruiksaanwijzing. Bedden liggen ook fijn met schoon beddengoed.

Enige klein minpuntje, maar zal aan onze onhandigheid liggen, is gewone tv aansluiting te verkrijgen maar zou wel mogelijk moeten zijn. Wel Netflix kunnen kijken via tv via je eigen account.

Prachtig appartement

Prachtig uitzicht en mooi ingericht appartement. Veel materialen aanwezig. Fijne bedden. Vriendelijke host, die snel reactie geeft op berichten die je stuurt.

Douche wat aan de krappe kant, temperatuur water douche is moeilijk te regelen. Lakens van het bed voelde heel warm aan. Gratis parking is super fijn en dichtbij, maar staat snel vol. Dus een plaatsje zoeken is soms moeilijk.

Zéér aangenaam en rustgevend!

De locatie is subliem! Je doet de gordijnen open en kijkt los op de zee. 's avonds geniet je van de prachtige zonsondergang. De kinderen kunnen vlak voor de deur op het strand spelen en je kan ze prima in 't oog houden. Het appartement tis heel mooi gerenoveerd en beschikt over alles. Kortom een topverblijfje!

De verwarming in de woonkamer werkte niet altijd mee. Eens de temperatuur bereikt was viel deze precies uit, waardoor het weer afkoelde. Voor de rest leek het ons vochtig in de slaapkamers, aangezien daar 's ochtends het water van het raam liep. (verwarming stond niet aan wegens te warm om dan in te slapen).

Heerlijk zicht

Superfijn appartement met zeezicht. We hebben zelfs zeehondje gespot. Bedden liggen goed. Alleen de douche heeft geen thermostatische kraan hetgeen wel lastig is.

Een weekendje tot rust komen in Mariakerke

Zeer gezellig en net appartement. Duidelijk communicatie met de eigenaars IVM inchecken. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de auto. Bij het aankomen was alles piekfijn in orde. Bedden opgemaakt in de ruime kamers, voldoende handdoeken, badkamer netjes, gezellig en smaakvol ingericht. Een prachtig frontaal uitzicht op de zee. Een ideaal stukje aan de Belgische kust als je tot rust wil komen, het is een rustiger deel aan de dijk tussen Oostende en Middelkerke.

bel appartement accessible ascenseur et escalier, beaux volumes, baie vitrée et balcon avec vue sur la mer ..on adore - équipement en cuisine très bien , sobriété de la décoration chic, propriétaires très facilement joignables et attentionnés bar familial pour une bonne bière et boulangerie (épicerie dépannage) pas très loin - parking payant mais petit tarif sur les grands axes

Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour dans ce bel appartement très confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue sur la mer, quel bonheur. Nous avons hâte d’y retourner pour un plus long séjour cette fois !
